I am a counseling therapist and dance therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and 10 years as a psychotherapist. My journey began as a psychomotor therapist, working closely with children with special needs and their families. Over time, I transitioned into psychotherapy, focusing on helping children, youths, adults and parents find their way through life challenges.
I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology and use an integrative approach in my practice. I combine a variety of techniques, including psychodynamic therapy (EFAPO), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). As a specialist in dance therapy, I also incorporate relaxation and breathing techniques into sessions, providing clients with tools that connect both body and mind.
I believe deeply that there’s an answer for everything and a tool for everyone. This belief fuels my passion for learning and applying different approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. I’m committed to finding what works for you and never give up, no matter how challenging the path may seem.
