Understanding our mental health is such a beautiful journey that never stopped fascinating me. For me it’s an ongoing learning field. I am always discovering new techniques and new methods which allow me to have access to millions of ways to help you and cater to your needs. I also learn from you, and I love going through journeys together where we will explore, understand and find solutions. I, myself believe that there’s always a way and giving up is not in my vocabulary, adapting is more the word I use when situations become out of control.

With an integrative approach that combines psychotherapy techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psycho-organic therapy (EFAPO), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), my sessions are designed to help you overcome your challenges and peacefully navigate life’s obstacles.
